What is your cancellation policy?
Guests are not charged for cancellations received 72 hours prior to check-in. For cancellations 48 hrs prior to check-in, we charge 50% of the first room night. Regrettably, cancellations 24 hrs prior to check-in will incur a 100% charge of the first room night.
For group bookings, cancellations received between 15 and 24 days prior to check-in will be charged 50% of the total booking value. Cancellations received between 8 and 14 days prior to check-in will be charged 75% of the total booking value, whereas cancellations received from 7 days prior to check-in will be charged 100% of the total booking value.
